The ladies' Bronze Team reached the County Trophy Final once a again this year, hoping to improve on their runners-up spot of last year, but after a very close match, played in excellent spirit by both teams Ashbourne again emerged as runners - up, losing 3-2 to Chapel- en-le-Frith Golf Club
It was a very enjoyable day at Stanedge Golf Club, with everyone in good spirits. The course was in excellent condition and the weather stayed dry if rather breezy, making one or two holes that little bit more tricky to play.
Congratulations to the Bronze Team on another brilliant season.
