1. OUT OF BOUNDS
A ball is out of bounds if it lies:
a) Beyond any boundary fence, hedge or wall.
b) Beyond any wall, path or garden surrounding the club house and car parks.
c) Within the practice ground (Area defined by white posts).
d) Beyond the white posts to the right of the 11th.
2. STAKED TREES
If a staked tree interferes with the player's stance or intended swing, the ball must be lifted and dropped without penalty according with Rule 14.3c
3. FIXED SPRINKLER HEADS
Fixed sprinkler heads are to be treated as immovable obstructions and relief obtained in accordance with Rule 14.3c
4. ROADS & PATHS
All artificial roads and paths are to be treated as immovable obstructions and relief obtained in accordance with Rule 14.3c
5. PENALTY AREAS
Penalty areas are defined by yellow stakes and red stakes and relief obtained in accordance with Rule 17.1d
6. STONES
Stones in bunkers are to be treated as moveable obstructions and relief obtained in accordance with Rule 15.1&2
7. PUBLIC FOOTPATHS
Golfers must give way on any public footpaths within the course boundary
8. OVERHEAD WIRES & CABLES
If a ball strikes an elevated power line or cable, the player must replay the shot without penalty.
9. TRACTOR MARKS
All tractor marks to be treated as temporary abnormal ground conditions and relief obtained in accordance with Rule 16.1d (also see 14.3)
10. MARKER POSTS & 150 YARD MARKERS
Marker posts and 150 yard markers are to be treated as moveable obstructions and relief obtained in accordance with Rule 15.1&1
11. THE FENCE LEADING DOWN TO THE 9TH TEE
This an integral part of the course and an immovable obstruction and relief is taken in accordance to Rule 16.1d. (Also see 14.3 )
