Seniors' Captain for 2026 is Will Mansfield
Will was born in Woking, Surrey and used to go for walks at Wentworth, but didn’t play golf in those days! He went to school in West Sussex (where the uniform included grey breeches and knee length yellow socks!)
He has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Downing College, Cambridge and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, London in 1991.
Will moved to Derby in 2002 as Group Chief Accountant at Rolls-Royce, retiring in 2022. He is currently Deputy Chair of the Trustees of the Rolls-Royce UK Pension Fund.
Will started playing golf on his move to Derby and joined Rolls-Royce Golf Society, became Captain of the Society in 2024 and is currently the society's Treasurer. He joined Ashbourne Golf Club on his retirement in 2022.
Will is keen on baking and reading and is also an avid Spurs fan!
