Welcome to the Seniors' Section of the website.
Seniors' Captain for 2023 is Trevor McCabe. Trevor originally hails from Wirksworth, where he attended Anthony Gell School and presently lives in Allestree with his wife Gill. He has two grown up children.
He has always been interested in sport and played football for local teams for many years, playing his last match when he was 60 years old!. He is also a Manchester United supporter.
Trevor is an electrician by trade, starting off as an apprentice at the Cornerhouse in Ashbourne, later working in sales and undertaking contract management roles. His skills have been put to good use for the club where he has fitted the new LED lighting in and around the clubhouse to help reduce the club's energy consumption!
Trevor has been a member of Ashbourne Golf Club for 20 years and is looking forward to leading the Seniors' Section in 2023 and hopes to support the club in any way he can.
