I am aware that the annual subscription for membership is payable in advance unless I choose one of the payment options. I acknowledge that if I cease to use a payment plan or resign I am liable to pay in full the outstanding balance of my annual subscription.
Additionally, if in the future, I am planning to resign for whatever reason from AGC, I accept that I need to put this in writing to the secretary. I undertake to comply fully with thew Rules and Bylaws and that if the company is dissolved while a member, or within twelve months of ceasing to be a member, to contribute such sum (not exceeding £10) as may be demanded towards the payment of the debt and liabilities of the company in cured before ceasing to be a member and the costs charges and expenses of winding up, amd the adjustment of the rights of the contributors among them selves.
